Nov/26/2009  The Thanksgiving 3 Day Camp was a Huge Success

The Thanksgiving 3 Day Camp was a huge success! All 15 attendees have requested another camp. In addition to riding each afternoon from 1:30 – 3:30, the mornings were filled with fun crafts. On Monday each girl had their choice of which Willowick Farm horse to have their photo made with, we then decorated pictures frames painted in their favorite color and embellished with jewels and beads. When they were completed we boxed and wrapped each one to be a special Christmas present for their mom & dad. On Tuesday we made special Tye-Dye Willowick Farm Camp T-Shirts, and Christmas tree ornaments with duplicate small size photo’s from Monday's photo shoot. On Wednesday we made hanging art for each girls room out of horse shoes, beads, glitter, and stones! Before lunch at the lake side pavilion the girls were taken on a HAY RIDE and it sounded like the roller coaster at Six Flags as Mr Charlie took them up and down the hills of the pastures and they yelled "Faster - faster!" We all had a great time. Check back for dates for the next camp!
